Zero tolerance begins today in Toronto for unsafe and inconsiderate driving. Two safety blitzes are now underway. One is a distracted driving campaign. But, this time plain clothed officers will be on streetcars, buses and in tow trucks looking down on drivers who are hiding and using their cell phones. Libby speaks with Pete Karageorgos, the Director of Consumer & Industry Relations at the Insurance Bureau of Canada to find out what happens to a convicted driver’s car insurance policy.
