Libby is joined by Dr. Barry Pakes, Professor at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Dr. Dionne Aleman, An industrial engineering professor at the University of Toronto and an expert in contact tracing and pandemic planning followed by Patrick Brown, Mayor of Brampton.

Toronto and Peel Region entered lockdown just after midnight this morning. They’re the two regions with the highest number of new COVID-19 cases being reported every day. Our guests discuss the province’s recent measures to stem the tide of the virus growth in the province. Malls were also busy over the weekend as people prepared for lockdowns. Small neighbourhood retailers are also in trouble while big box retailers are allowed to remain open.

Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown joins the show to discuss how the lockdown is affecting his city.
