Zero tolerance begins today in Toronto for unsafe and inconsiderate driving. Two safety blitzes are now underway. One is a distracted driving campaign. But, this time plain clothed officers will be on streetcars, buses and in tow trucks looking down on drivers who are hiding and using their cell phones.
