Two additional pedestrian deaths in the city this week, brings Toronto’s pedestrian death toll to 29 this year.

This past Monday night, a 17-year-old teenager was struck and killed in Scarborough. He was attempting to cross a road of four lanes at Scarborough Golf Club Road, near Confederation Drive.

Yesterday night, just before 9 pm, a male pedestrian was hit nearby Danforth and Pharmacy Avenues. The victim was later pronounced dead in hospital.
