The latest polls echo what the other surveys have been saying and that is that the Liberals have regained the ground they lost and are gaining in Ontario and Quebec. The Conservatives are a bit behind, they are gaining in BC, but their vote is less efficient. The first debate will be on Thursday, but Justin Trudeau is not participating. Does that matter?
