The former Toronto parking enforcement officer who gained notoriety on twitter by documenting vehicles disobeying road signs is running for city council. Kyle Ashley is a long time cycling advocate who recently quit his police enforcement job. He plans to take on Councillor Jaye Robinson in the new ward 27 in the fall municipal election.
