The inquiry begins today in St. Thomas that will look into the murders of  long term care residents by nurse Elizabeth Wettlaufer with one of the main intentions being to find out how Wettlaufer was able to keep killing, only to be caught after she confessed. The victim’s family members  want to pinpoint flaws in the system that allowed these murders to happen , hoping this will bring about change. Libby speaks with Lisa Levin, AdvantAge Ontario’s Chief Executive Officer live from St. Thomas.
