It’s time for another phase of Toronto Mayor John Tory’s crackdown on traffic congestion and gridlock, which kicked it off officially this morning. Toronto Police say they will be “saturating the downtown core,” ticketing and towing vehicles stopped or parked where they’re not supposed to during the morning and afternoon rush hours. Constable Clint Stibbe from Toronto Police Traffic Services talks to us about this latest blitz.
