22-year-old Karim Baratov will soon head south of the border in the custody of U.S. marshals.
Lawyer Amadeo DiCarlo says his client’s excited to see the case move forward and stressed waiving the extradition hearing was not an admission of guilt.
Baratov was arrested last March under the Extradition Act after U.S. authorities indicted him, and three others; two of them allegedly officers of Russia’s Federal Security Service, for computer hacking, economic espionage and other crimes.
