Suspended Senator Patrick Brazeau is under arrest in Gatineau, Quebec. Brazeau was taken into custody early this morning after what police describe as a domestic incident at a house Brazeau shares with his girl friend. Brazeau is charged with assault, uttering death threats and possession of cocaine. He is already facing a sexual assault investigation as well as fraud charges laid by the RCMP in relation to the Senate spending scandal.
