The Toronto International Film Festival opened last night with a sci-fi action film.

Looper stars Zoomer actor Bruce Willis as a time-travelling hit man who encounters his younger self. The film also stars Joseph Gordon-Leavitt and Emily Blunt.

Also on the red carpet last night was Kristen Stewart, who stars in the first movie adaptation of the Beat Generation classic, Jack Kerouac’s On the Road.
