Residents interested in weighing in on the future of Toronto’s Port Lands will have the chance to do so to this week.
Termed, Shaping the Future: Place-making in the Port Lands and Connecting South of Eastern – A Public Consultation, Waterfront Toronto and the City are holding two workshops to gather public input ahead of the final stage of planning and development.
The public meetings will present findings from three studies in two workshops tomorrow and Wednesday.
Tuesday’s workshop will focus on the City’s broad vision for the Port Lands. It will take place from 6:30 to 9pm at Morse Junior Public School at 180 Carlaw Ave.
And, Wednesday’s workshop will focus on transportation and servicing. It will be held from 6:30 to 9pm at the Fire Academy at 895 Eastern Avenue.
