The Gardner Expressway is open again after being closed for about 36 hours for annual maintenance, but the city’s traffic problems are far from over. Several thousand people are expected to take part today in the Goodlife Toronto marathon.

The marathon begins at 7:30 am the North York Civic Centre on Younge south of Finch.  Traffic will be affected until at least mid-afternoon. More information on the road closures and transit routes is available at www.torontomarathon.com.
