They’re sprouting like weeds across the GTA. With the number of medical marijuana dispensaries skyrocketing, Mayor John Tory is threatening a crackdown, while others say a pharmacy is the right place to go for medicinal cannabis. Libby talks to pharmacist Billy Cheung to get his take on it.
