She also specializes in the areas of stress, anxiety, depression, couples-related issues, communication and conflict resolution, blended families, alcohol and substance abuse, eating disorders, and much more. Also on the program is lawyer and yoga and meditation instructor, Josh Cohen, who teaches meditation in the 889 teacher training program and drop-in classes at Downward Dog. The Featured Artist this week is the talented singer/songwriter, Tyler Simmons.
