In the news: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was absent from Question Period yesterday as he took a “personal” day. Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland took questions in his place. Meanwhile, on the WE Charity front, leader of the Conservative Party and leader of the Official Opposition Andrew Scheer said of Liberal MPs that if they do not push for Trudeau’s resignation, they would be “complicit” in his alleged corruption. And, the panel discusses the latest developments with Phase 3 of reopening the economy in Ontario and Toronto Mayor Tory’s request of the Ford government to mandate certain safety measures like the wearing of masks in restaurants and bars in the city.
