Ontario courts are opening their doors for some indoor proceedings this week. You can bet there will be a whole range of safety procedures being implemented such as Plexiglas barriers. But, safety is not the only challenge facing our justice system amid the COVID-19 pandemic. There is now a mounting backlog of cases that need to be resolved. And, the move to reopen comes after the Ontario Crown Association sought an injunction to delay that. Libby and our legal experts discuss the latest developments.
