It was late last year, Ontario announced they’d bring in the province’s first Patient Ombudsman to start listening to complaints from Ontarians and named Christine Elliott to the post. We’re already hearing about results, including from one caller to the show who got action when CCAC shot down his request for more caregiver hours. One call to the Patient Ombudsman and he received what he needed. Christine Elliott will be in studio with Libby to talk about the position and take your calls.
