The Supreme Court of Canada issued a decision last week that would limit court delays. The highest court ruled 5-4 in favour of time limits for cases to be tried so the backlog in the system can be cleared. But some worry that could lead to cases being thrown out of court, without being heard. Criminal Defense Lawyer and analyst David Butt joined Libby to discuss the ruling.
