City council is bringing in a new plan to help decrease pedestrian deaths by 2026. But in the meantime, two more people have died – bringing this year’s total to 18, the vast majority of which are seniors. We spoke with Toronto Police Constable Clint Stibbe to figure out what we can do to help bring that number down.
