Toronto Mayor John Tory is under intense scrutiny after plans to increase road safety have fallen flat. The plan called for an increase in spending with hopes of decreasing deaths by 20% over a decade. Even though Councillor Jaye Robinson plans to introduce a motion to change the goal to zero deaths in the next 5 years, critics are wondering where the money will come from. Walk Toronto’s Maureen Coyle joins Libby to discuss the issue.
