We visit with Dr Baker, President and CEO, Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium & ICC. Dr Baker was instrumental in bringing the principles of natural horsemanship to the care of the animals at the Pittsburgh Zoo. It is the only zoo in the world that does so. We also explore ideas of what it means to be a leader and ideas about the “reluctant leader,” with reference to the horse I ride, Bud Light.
