Swimmers in Toronto will get to enjoy an extended season as the city has agreed to keep some of the city’s pools open for another week.

Drop-In Swimming – City of Toronto

Pools were scheduled to close for the season this Sunday but 10 of the 56 pools in Toronto will remain open until September 13th.

The decision is a response to school boards pushing back the return to class by a week.

  • Alex Duff, 779 Crawford St.
  • Donald D. Summerville, 1867 Lake Shore Blvd. E.
  • Heron Park, 292 Manse Rd.
  • Grandravine, 23 Grandravine Dr.
  • McGregor, 2231 Lawrence Ave. E.
