After saying the manufacturer would come up with better one, the Ford government’s announced the old, white-and-blue ”Yours To Discover” version is coming back.
Initially, the province insisted the blue ones were fine, but then conceded there was a problem reading them in the dark.
Now after thorough testing by law enforcement and other key stakeholders, the government’s following their advice and will not proceed with the new plate for passenger vehicles, instead reverting to the old design.
Premier Doug Ford says the issue that saw some plates peeling has been resolved.

The province says about 145,000 of the ”A Place to Grow” plates were made.
