The day after the shooting in the midst of the Raptors rally at Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto police are still looking for a fourth suspect and a third gun.
Not long after shots rang out at the south-east corner of the square, leaving four people with serious but non-life threatening injuries, officers arrested three suspects and seized two firearms.
However, Police Chief Mark Saunders says the investigation continues.
”We are still looking for a person-of-interest,” added Saunders.
”There were definitely people there that saw and would probably have no idea in connecting the dots that’s the person that we’re looking for.”
The police chief also say the firearm used in the incident is not among those seized.
”What we have seized right now is not consistent with the evidence that we have of the firearm that was discharged,” said Saunders.
