Zoomers are interested in learning more about medical marijuana.
In keeping with that, ZoomerMedia has announced – the second in a series of announcements on the subject – a new partnership with leading lifestyle media company Civilized Worldwide to create educational and entertaining cannabis content they can read, watch and listen to.
They will develop joint content, combining Civilized’s expertise with ZoomerMedia’s knowledge of Canada’s more than 16-million consumers over the age of 45, and its relationship to the Zoomers’ advocacy group CARP and its 320,000 members.
A strong supporter of cannabis legalization for its health and wellness benefits, ZoomerMedia founder Moses Znaimer says ”Zoomers are eager for more knowledge about medical marijuana and its uses,” adding ”people are just getting started.”
Statistics Canada reports nearly 1.2-million Canadians, aged 45 to 64, consumed cannabis last year.
In welcoming the partnership, Znaimer says ZoomerMedia looks to Civilized Worldwide to help deliver ”trusted, smart and sophisticated programming that speaks to our demographic’s unique needs and interests.”
