The hotest selling author in North America is none other than former first lady Michelle Obama.

Her book “Becoming” has become a massive hit.

Crown Publishing confirms the memoir has sold more than 1.4 million copies in print and digital formats in Canada and the U.S. since it was released November 13th.

The publisher printed 3 million hardcover copies in North America and on the first day it was available, the book sold more than 725,000 copies, making it one of the year’s biggest debuts.

“Becoming” is also Number one on the adult nonfiction list in most of Europe.
