Do you take vitamin D and calcium with your morning orange juice with a goal to keep your bones strong?

New research indicates that supplementation with vitamin D and calcium may not do much to prevent fractures.

Researchers reviewed skeletal fractures in adults aged 18 and older with vitamin D deficiency.

They found low vitamin D and low calcium did not place people at increased risk of fracture.

You can read about the study in the British Medical Journal.
