The remains of all men allegedly murdered by landscaper Bruce McArthur have now been identified.
Acting Inspector Hank Idsinga says after examining around 100 properties in the GTA, investigators do not have any evidence to suggest there are more victims.
The latest and last remains to be identified are those of 58-year-old Majeed Kayhan.
They were found in the ravine behind the Leaside home on Mallory Crescent, where the remains of seven other men were found earlier this year; 40-year-old Skandaraj Navaratnam, 49-year-old Andrew Kinsman, 44-year-old Selim Esen, 44-year-old Abdulbasir Faizi, 37-year-old Kirushna Kumar Kanagaratnam, 47-year-old Dean Lisowick and 50-year-old Soroush Mahmudi.
The 66-year-old McArthur faces eight charges of first-degree murder in the deaths of men with ties to the city’s gay community, all of whom disappeared between 2010 and 2017.
