On the eve of the Ontario election, a just released CARP survey of members shows though 56% say nothing can sway their vote now, 27% are still open minded.
Currently, here’s where Zoomers’ support is going
31% Tories
26% NDP
20% Liberal
14% Undecided
6% prefer not to say
3% Greens
Before the campaign officially began, CARP members said health care and financial security (including pensions) are their top two priorities.
They remain atop the list, followed by hydro rates, government transparency, accountability and then debt repayment and a balanced budget.
Polls are open 9am-9pm on June 7.
Once they close, listen for election updates with Libby Znaimer on Zoomer Radio AM 740 – also 96.7 FM downtown.
