She’s 101 years old, still beloved in the UK for her efforts during World War II and now, she’s nominated for three Classic Brit awards.

Dame Vera Lynn is nominated for best female artist and best album.  She’s also going to receive a lifetime achievement award at the show.

Dame Vera currently holds the record for being the oldest living artist to get a top 20 UK album.

The Classic Brits was mothballed by the music industry 5 years ago. The ceremony will return to the Royal Albert Hall in London this June.
