Tim Hortons says it’s moving the company headquarters to downtown Toronto from Oakville – to bring it closer to the partners it does business with.
Tim’s president says the move will also enable the chain to better use technology to serve customers – and help it keep abreast of industry trends.
All 400 employees at the Oakville headquarters will be transferred to the Toronto location – at the end of the year.
The company will continue to house its ”Tims University” training centre in Oakville.
