Elton John’s done with the road.
The 70-year-old singer, composer, pianst’s upcoming three year global tour will be his last.
”I always thought I was going to be like Ray Charles, B.B. King – on the road forever,” said John in New York.
”My priorities have changed.  We had children and it changed our lives.  That doesn’t mean to say I’m not going to be creative.  But I’m not going to travel.
The Zoomer legend denies it has anything to do with his health, pointing out how he’d picked up an infection last year and was quite ill but still did 96 shows.
Sir Elton’s ”Farewell Yellow Brick Road” will kick off in the U.S. in September, just months after ending his residency in Las Vegas.
”I don’t want to go out with a whimper, but a big bang,” promising the tour will be ”the most fantastic show I’ve ever done.”
