The Canada Revenue Agency is ordering the online payments company PayPal – to hand over information about its Canadian business account holders.
In a notice on its website, PayPal says it has been served with a Federal Court order – to disclose the information within 45 days.
The CRA says it’s going after the information to make sure individuals and corporations – are complying with their business tax obligations.
