Fashionistas who enjoy a good read will love this.

Seems that author JK Rowling not only conjured up an orphaned young wizard with a lightning shaped scar named Harry Potter, she also wrote a secret manuscript on a party frock for her birthday.

Rowling told CNN that she invited people to her birthday party on Halloween, telling them to come as their worst fear.  For her, that was an unfinished manuscript, which she wrote all over her party dress.  She says she doubts it will ever be published and now hangs in a closet.

The interview was was ostensibly about her children’s charity “Lumos.”  The interview covered Rowling’s worst fears and why she is determined to put an end to orphanages.
