Alex Neve told Zoomer Radio’s ”Fight Back” with guest host Jane Brown, Khadr deserves financial compensation.

“He went through human rights violations for close to 15 years.”

The National Council of Canadian Muslims also feels it’s ”long overdue”.

Alberta Tory Leader Jason Kenney, immigration minister under Stephen Harper, calls the reported deal ”odious”.

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation has started an online petition, calling the settlement ”offensive to many Canadians”.
