PERMANENT PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT OPENS IN OTTAWA

The National Gallery of Canada has officially opened the Canadian Photography Institute’s dedicated galleries with three unique exhibitions.

The first is called “The Intimate World of Josef Sudek” and features photographs from the Czech pioneer of modernist photography.  The second is called “Cutline” and features the Photography Archives of the Globe and Mail newspaper.  The third is entitled “PhotoLab 1.” It’s an essay exhibition on the theme of windows in photography.
The new permanent galleries are located on the mezzanine level of the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa.
