Cannabis Culture will be very much on display at Yonge and Dundas Square in Toronto this afternoon as pot activists gather to light up at 4:20 p.m. on this 4 – 20; April 20th.

The day has become a counterculture holiday right across North America, as users gather to celebrate and consume cannabis.  It will be more significant this year in Canada with the Trudeau Government moving toward legalizing recreational use.

Former Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair, the M-P for Scarborough Southwest, has been appointed the government point man on the legalization process.
