The King Township man accused of causing the deaths of three children and their grandfather in an alleged drunk driving collision in Vaughan is scheduled for a bail hearing today.

Marco Muzzo faces a dozen impaired driving offenses and six charges related to the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

9 year old Daniel Neville-Lake, his 5 year old brother Harrison and their 2 year old sister Milly, along with their 65 year old grandfather, died after the minivan they were in was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Kipling and Kirby Road on September 27th.

Muzzo made a court appearance on October 19th, but his lawyer Brian Greenspan wanted more time to review the case before going forward.
