Ottawa isn’t saying if there will be an internal investigation after an analysis of the leaked Ashley Madison data.

That investigation found some of the website’s customers used computers – that were connected to the defence department.

The information leaked from the spousal cheating site also shows 25 transactions were made from the House of Commons – using 13 email addresses.

A federal Treasury Board spokesman – speaking for the agency which has overall responsibility – says there are rules for the professional and personal use of its computers – and every breach is dealt with on an individual basis.
