NO WORD YET FROM FEDS ON CHEATING WEBSITE LEAKAGE

Ottawa isn’t saying if there will be an internal investigation after an analysis of the leaked Ashley Madison data.

That investigation found some of the website’s customers used computers – that were connected to the defence department.

The information leaked from the spousal cheating site also shows 25 transactions were made from the House of Commons – using 13 email addresses.

A federal Treasury Board spokesman – speaking for the agency which has overall responsibility – says there are rules for the professional and personal use of its computers – and every breach is dealt with on an individual basis.
