Britain’s Tate Gallery is inviting visitors to a new kind of art experience.
Not only will they be able to take in the art with their eyes – but also with their ears, noses and mouths.
The Tate is offering art lovers a feast for the senses – in its pioneering new exhibition. The gallery is bringing in a master chocolatier, an expert in the art of crafting scents – and an audio specialist – to expand the way people interact with artworks.
It’s called Tate Sensorium – and it aims to inspire visitors to experience four works by 20th century British artists in a totally immersive way.
The exhibition opens August 26th at Tate Britain – in London.
