A Germanwings flight from Barcelona to Duesseldorf has crashed in southern France.

French President Francois Hollande says there are likely no survivors.

There were 150 aboard the Airbus 320, including 144 passengers and six crew.

The owner of a French Alpine camping ground says he heard a series of loud noises in the air before the crash.

It’s expected to take search and rescue teams some time to reach the remote site, which is about 2,000 metres in the mountains.
