The Stratford Festival is paying tribute to three beloved actors.

The former company members passed-away over the past number of weeks – and the festival will be dedicating productions to their memory next season.

The 2015 production of “The Alchemist” will be dedicated to Edward Atienza.

“She Stoops To Conquer” will be performed in tribute to Joyce Campion.

“Love’s Labour’s Lost” will be dedicated to Bernard Hopkins.

A date has also been set for a memorial for Mr. Hopkins. It’s to be held Sunday, November 16th, at 11am – in the Festival Theatre.

All are welcome.

Artistic Director Antoni Cimolino says all three actors were among the very finest talents to be part of the festival company – and “each one had an irrepressible spirit that brought wit, energy and charisma to any part they played.”
