There has been a big shakeup at the province’s air ambulance service. Some 25 senior management positions have been eliminated in a restructuring expected to save about 1 million dollars. Orange president and CEO Dr. Andrew McCallum says no front line jobs were reduced. The moves follow the firing of former CEO Dr. Chris Mazza who lost his job in 2012 after questions were raised about mismanagement and spending.
