A Toronto man is due in court in Hamilton this morning to be charged with murder in the death of Tim Bosma.

Police announced yesterday they had found Bosma’s remains just over a week after the 32-year-old father went missing. He had taken two men for a test drive of a pickup truck he listed for sale online.

Twenty-seven-year-old Dellen Millard was arrested last Friday and charged with forcible confinement and theft. His lawyer, Deepak Paradkar, says his client is in a state of shock over the charges. He says Millard has never been in trouble with the law before.

Millard is the CEO of an aircraft maintenance company in Waterloo. Property records show he inherited several properties, and may have owned the same model of truck he’s accused of stealing.

Paradkar says the case is shaping up to be a complex one. He says he expects it will take months to resolve.
