Police say a southern Ontario man who vanished more than a week ago has been found dead.

Hamilton police Chief Glenn De Caire says officers have found human remains they are convinced are those of Tim Bosma.

De Caire says it appears the remains have been burned.

Bosma, 32, disappeared last Monday after going on a test drive with two men in his black Dodge Ram pickup truck, which he had posted for sale online.

Police have arrested one suspect. He’s  27-year-old Dellen Millard . Officers are seeking a second man, who has not been identified.

Millard is charged with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000, charges his lawyer says he intends to fight.
