The lawyer for a man found guilty of violating Saskatchewan’s Human Rights Code says today’s ruling is disappointing for Christians.
The Supreme Court ruled that two of four flyers distributed by anti-gay crusader William Whatcott violated the province’s Human Rights Code.
Whatcott’s lawyer Tom Schuck says that means someone can’t criticize the morality of homosexual behaviour without fear of persecution by Human Rights Commissions or professional associations.
