You may recall last November when eleven people were charged after the Bay and Bloor Indigo bookstore was vandalized with anti-Israel graffiti and posters.

Now we’ve learned that this past Friday, the crown quietly dropped all charges against four of the 11 because there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.

The news comes from one of the lawyers involved, and is reported in the Toronto Star.

Lawyers are also calling for police to drop all charges against the rest of the 11.

They are planning a news conference for Wednesday.
