LAST ORIGINAL "SPINNER" DIES AT 85

They were an iconic Detroit based R-&-B group with a string of hits in the 1960s including “Could it Be I’m Falling in Love,” “It’s a Shame” and “The Rubberband Man.”

We’ve learned the last surviving original member of the “The Spinners” has died.

A spokesperson says Henry Fambrough died yesterday of natural causes at his home in northern Virginia.

The Spinners formed in 1954, earned 18 platinum and gold albums and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last November

Henry Fambrough was 85.
