Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion says she can’t perform in public but that doesn’t mean she can’t use her voice.
She’s documented her life, with the hope that she can raise awareness and help others who suffer from the same disease she does.
It’s a feature length documentary called “I Am: Celine Dion.”
Among the things the 55-year old global superstar discusses is her diagnosis of “Stiff Person Syndrome,” a disease characterized by stiffened muscles, chronic pain and spasms.
Amazon-MGM has secured rights to the film which spans a year in her life as she deals with the condition that affects her spinal cord and brain.
The documentary has yet to be given a release date.
